1As per the standard pay-out cycle, pay-outs shall be processed only after 30 to 45 days following the completion of the applicable business period. If the pay-out date falls on a bank holiday, the pay-out shall be processed on the next working bank day.
2Admin / Platform Charges shall be deducted as declared by the company from time to time.
3All pay-outs shall be credited only to the registered and KYC-verified bank account of the member.
4No TDS shall be deducted by the company on pay-outs (subject to future statutory changes, if applicable).
5Completion of full KYC verification is mandatory prior to initiating any withdrawal.
6To continue receiving pay-outs and bonuses, each ID must maintain Active Status as per minimum eligibility criteria defined by the company.
7Withdrawals shall be permitted only after meeting the minimum withdrawal threshold (e.g. Rs.100 or as determined by the company).
8The company shall not be responsible for delays caused due to incorrect bank details, inactive accounts, or third-party banking issues.
9Maintaining accurate and updated bank, contact, and profile information shall be the sole responsibility of the member.
10Team Bonuses, Rewards, Contests, and Special Schemes shall be governed by separate rules, and final authority shall remain with the company.
11Level-based or rank-based income shall be subject to company-defined criteria and periodic performance reviews.
12Any misrepresentation or manipulation of team IDs, structures, or data may result in suspension or cancellation of all benefits.
13Once participation is confirmed, no refund shall be applicable under normal circumstances.
14In case of ID cancellation or suspension, all accumulated bonuses and level-based earnings shall stand forfeited.
15Members must comply with company policies, code of conduct, and applicable local laws while promoting the business.
16Mis-selling, false commitments, spam marketing, or misleading promotions may result in permanent account suspension.
17Executives, field staff, and representatives are required to maintain professional discipline, ethical conduct, and confidentiality at all times.
18Issuing any guarantee, fixed income commitment, or legal assurance without company authorization is strictly prohibited.
19The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus plan, pay-out structure, policy, or operational rule at its discretion.
20In all matters, the decision of company management shall be final and binding.
21The member declares that complete information regarding the company, project, operational model, rules, and policies has been provided and understood, and that participation is entirely voluntary.
22The member confirms that no pressure, inducement, guarantee, assurance, or coercion has been exercised by the company, its employees, executives, or associates.
23The member agrees not to hold the company, its employees, representatives, affiliates, or management liable for any financial, legal, or personal claims in the future.
24The member declares that no legal, political, social, or other means shall be used to disrupt or adversely affect the company's operations in the future.
25In the event of any violation of these terms, the decision taken by the company shall be final and binding, and the member provides full consent to the same.
